New video for the title track of Rosetta Trio’s “Thwirl”

I’m very excited about this new video, another by our friend Nathan James Leatherman, for the title track of the new Rosetta Trio album, Thwirl, which arrives Sep 10th on Sunnyside Records!  Shot at our home in Brooklyn, on our roof, and at the local playground and using Nathan’s someday-should-be-patented-but-who-can-pull-this-off-anyhow inline skating film technique!  Lots of fun making this video…and making this record!  Enjoy.

Jen Chapin singing Van Morrison’s “Into the Mystic”

On his birthday, I thought I’d post this great Van Morrison song that we did with Jen and Jamie Fox a few years ago at the old Cutting Room.  A fun, recent development is that this video lead to the studio version from Jen’s “Light of Mine” album (with Rosetta Trio) being featured at the end of a recent “Defiance” episode on SyFy channel.  Worth tracking down…!   Meanwhile, please enjoy.
